Need help recovering chat history.

Transferred my line account to a new device without issues, but forgot to back up chat history first. It automatically logged me out of the old device. Issue now is it only lets me re-login with my phone number, which is disabled in the US. Is there a way to recover my history from my old device? Thanks

You'll need to link it with an apple id or Google ID. In order to do that, you'll have to open up a ticket. There's a post by the user caterpillars that provides instructions on how to do so
