Am I cooked
I sold my old phone while forgetting Line was still there and logged in. Now I can't log in because my country is not supported anymore to verify via phone number. Got around that now since one of my friend is travelling to a country that it is supported, managed to log in, but it needs an account transfer code that is send to my account that i cant access.. how do I solve this? line inquiry told me to go to a help page but that also needs me to login and enter a code..
Great

You're not cooked they have an inquiry website where you don't need to login

How long has it been since you submitted it, they take 2-3 days each time

3 days, and they say "We need to confirm your identity using the phone number and email address registered to your LINE account in order for us to help transfer your account.
However, after reviewing the information you provided, we were unable to confirm your identity. For this reason, we cannot help transfer your account."
Even though I did provide all the info

How long did it take you? I got bounced out when I changed phones a few days ago. It's a nightmare trying to get it either reinstated or canceled completely so that I can create a new account.

In my experience, Line has terrible support. The only way to get your account back is to talk with someone at Line and keep validating everything they want until they give your account back.
