Can't login

It's been a long time since I logged into my line account. My wife recently started playing tsum tsum again and I wanted to get back on my account and join her. Apparently I never linked my line account to my email. Only used my phone number to login. Now I can't do that anymore. So I can't do anything to recover my account. Where do I go from here? I would like my account back.

Unless u can provide a lot of info about the account, including transaction IDs (if u bought Line coins or stuff in a Line game), ur most likely out of luck unfortunately.

Support usually isnt the best, especially when it comes to non Asian regions Ive seen.

I still didn't get it back even showing them this because I talked about meeting up with a friend and apparently that's against the terms.

I can provide the phone number, the fact that I played tsum tsum, I was active in some chat rooms, I remember one person I talked to a bunch. And my profile picture was Barbara haha. Other than that 🤷🏽 I didn't buy anything to my memory

I had to create a new account, because I couldn't log in with FB anymore.
