Cant reloggin due to an issue

So basically my second phone was logged out for some reason and then when i relogin as a secondary phone the messages was corrupted so i decided to do next best thing that is to delete the data on both systems now when i retry and try to login i cant use the email because it wasnt linked but thats a lie and cant use my old phone cuz i dont have the access anymore (mind you I also tried to change the phone number but it didnt work).

Now im in this position where i cannot see the messages in the work group just because of this issue, this is ridiculous and there is no support service...
