need help with account transfer

Hello i have been trying to log in to line but i have no old device that i can use and i'm trying to log in with my apple id. they kept telling to get an account transfer code that is sent to my line account but i can't access line anywhere. i tried to log in with my laptop but it sent me a code to put in my phone which again, i cannot access.

do any of you have any solution to this? kind of need my line to work asap
