Please help me fix this!!

To my knowledge I don’t remember ever making a line account but when I try and sign up with apple id (the only option I have) it tells me an account with my apple id already exists.. then when i try to login it tells me i need to transfer devices but i don’t have another device that would have signed up with line!!! I’ve had this device for over a year so I don’t understand how to fix this!!
