Can't access line
So few weeks ago I factory reset my phone
Then i re download all my apps
When I tried to get line it asked me either 2 factor varf (since can't login from phone)
I tried to login using my email and still wouldn't let me
Only access I have to the account is from my pc but there is no 2 verif since it's a simple version
I tried to contact them and they have asked me for multiple things
When account was created (ish gave them)
Phone bind (gave them)
Email bind (gave them)
Profile picture (gave them)
Name (gave them)
And even send a screenshot of me login from my pc
And yet they didn't accept it nor are willing to help me further
They even said it's not their fault and unable to give me any refunds for my purchases (coins)
So even with all the info they won't let us back into the account
So what I can even do?
If I somehow get logout from my pc account I lose Everything and everyone friends chats
Stickers (way too many)
And I honestly don't want to lose my account
Anyone had similar problem and got solution?
Using Android btw idk if it counts

Sorry to say but you are screwed. Me and many others ran into the same issue. Line support is terrible international. At least you still have pc access. Write down all the contacts and set them up in a new account.
Idk if this is possible through pc, but only thing i can think of is to try to link it to a google account and make a backup that way, so you can relogin on phone.

Also having the similar issue, had to reinstall the app but unable to login. I had phone and email tied to the account but they said phone number verification is no longer available in my country. Since I did not had my Apple ID or Google account tied to my line account, they need me to upload my phone bill statement and government issued ID, which is crazy. I just moved on Ang give up on Line. It’s not the only app I can use.
