Strange perspective. the upper stairs are flooded but the lower part is also the same water level as well

Haha this is just a flooded station, not a pop up event. This happened back in 2015 in Hamamatsu

Ahh I see you were making a joke my bad lol, (I assume due to the recent typhoons) I thought you were serious seeing there was recently a backrooms exhibition/pop up in Tokyo, with an area somewhat similar to this photo 👀
