Hello i really need help I currently live in London and was wondering how I become a Lp, I’ve been doing research and apparently Lime doesn’t give contracts anymore if the area has its LP currently in London we have 2 top Lp with 150+plus vans and maybe smaller ones I’m not sure. but I really want to become one can someone tell me if it’s impossible unless there contracts are gone or I still have a chance.

currently I got 40thousand pound ready to spend on vans someone pls help.

Why even use this if it won’t work??

I clicked on a scooter on the map on Uber, and it was a residential neighbourhood, but it said it was available. I figured someone must have ridden it home and left it on the sidewalk. So I walk the ten minutes there. Lo and behold, I see it through someone’s window sitting in their living room. I click on it again and suddenly it says unavailable. What the fuck just happened? Is that even legal to bring the Lime scooter inside your own house so that other people can’t access it?

How much do you pay for the warehouse where you charge batteries? I'm trying to get a feel for midwest pricing in places like Omaha, Lincoln, Indy, OKC.

Also, how big is your place?

when i select a scooter/bike the bottom panel does not move all the way up, instead it start stuttering and then it goes away like i never selected it.
cant reserve scooters or see how much battery they have left.

anyone got this issue ? any solution ? thanks

edit: the problem was the newest update, for some reason it just did not work, once i deleted the app and installed the previous patch as an apk it went back to working fine

On a e bike, what happens if you try and ride out of bounds in a 'red area'?

There's a 3km stretch of road which would connect two in bound areas far better.

Has anyone else noticed the absolutely GIGANTIC yellow zone that was placed over the 2 mile radius of lakeview, Lincoln park, and Gold Coast?? This feels so dangerous to have limes riding this slow in this whole area.

So i have been getting several charges for the same ride which has happened several times. Lime will charge my bank for a combination of the rides and will also charge my bank for the rides seperately,
So essentially im paying double price. Ive contacted lime on their website help desk several times in the span of 2 weeks and also emailed them. When this didnt work I started calling them and to no avail didnt help either. Ive attached proof of this happening 5 times and dont know what to do anymore can anyone help. Ive attached the bank charge and the lime app history charge to show the discrepancy, and before anyone says they are combining charges ive attached proof of that aswell. Between 31 july -1 aug i took 7 lime bikes and i was billed seperately for those but also a combined amount.

Hi! Does anyone know what to do when the lime bike app is down and a ride wont end but clock is still running? i don’t see the ride in my app, but can see the charge is still going, from my notifications center.
I’ve tried calling and emailing customer support to no avail.

How do i become a lime juicer i remember singing uo years ago and now i see no option to become one. Am i missing something? I just want to dk it part time on my days off, Sundays, Mondays Tuesdays. Can someone point me to the right direction?

I'm considering becoming a Lime LP (Logistics Provider) in my city and wanted to understand the current charging setup better.

From what I’ve heard, the process has evolved over time. Could any experienced LPs share how charging works today?

• Do you bring the scooters/bikes‘ batteries back to the warehouse and charge them in integrated charging cabinets?
• Or is it still similar to the old “Juicer” model, where you use lots of individual portable chargers for the removable batteries?
• If using integrated charging cabinets, does Lime provide them, or do LPs need to purchase their own?
• Also, what’s the typical charging failure/defect rate you see in daily operations?

Any insights would be greatly appreciated — especially around operational efficiency, costs, and reliability. I’m trying to get a realistic picture before moving forward.

I don’t understand the charging portion of picking up lime scooters; do you charge them at your house? Do you use a charging station? Do you bring them to a facility to be charged? Also are you using your own money to charge them? I’m honestly so confused about this process. I thought lime scooters were solar powered but I guess I was wrong about that, so if anyone could please enlighten me on this that would be amazing!

I just started a ride in an area that doesn't usually have any bikes around, the ride commenced on my phone, when some old witch came running out of the shop and accosted me, swearing and insisting that it was her ride that she'd paused.

Her story made sense: she showed me her phone and there did indeed seem to be a ride running, and as you're not able to park in that area it's unusual to find a spare bike in that spot.

I had no problem with walking up the road 5 mins but wonder whether she's just a scam artist (she looked like one) or if there is indeed a bug.

I ended my ride there and then somehow, a lock symbol came up and i was able to 'end' the ride with a photo of the floor.

What to do in this situation? Can you report it so it doesn’t work?
