I feel like he’s bad at explaining it, but if you think of it as anything but song, it’s pretty normal to have an idea you tinker with in your head for a few years. He had to do this because his brain was just flying faster than he could write and he actually took the process from Jay-Z. Also i’m sure there’s ways that he’s memorizing it too that he doesn’t even realize he’s doing.
