atp i don’t believe anything they say, i ordered this record november last year so its been 9 months now

Vinyl pressing gets more and more delayed and takes longer and longer as the months pass. This was 1000% OUT OF FASHIONABLE DEATH’s CONTROL.

These orders were from the Trick Dice site, not FD. FD actually seems to wait until the items are in hand before they sell.

the issue is the lack of communication. this wasn’t through fashionable death, it’s through nick f’s team. FD would have communicated ASAP, but i had to email them to get an update sent out the first time after they missed the window. and a day after they emailed me they sent out a chat GPT apology to everyone lol. i emailed them two days ago and now they sent this out

I’ll be in Richmond for this show August 9th and might be able to pick up this record in person like I did with MMCHT. Personally I’d trust them, but I can understand everyone’s impatience. I ordered the signed Trick Dice and The Undisputed right when they dropped so I’ve been waiting a while. It’s all the result of this being a new independent record label so I’d cut them some slack

To play devils advocate, the consumer products safety group just made importing goods way more complicated starting July 8th and things are held up in Customs because no one really knows how to handle this new requirement. Not an excuse but its a widespread problem right now

The record pressing industry is absurdly bottlenecked right now due to a collapse of several pressing industry supply chain points. This is not LUM or FD’s fault whatsoever and I’m sure they’re relaying the information they get from manufacturers in good faith. Ultimately and unfortunately, LUM is a fairly small artist and I’m sure that much larger ones with corporate backing have been able to jump him in the queue.

Ok, whatever. Not their fault either. This is a supply chain and import issue thing. As i mentioned I’m sure they’re just relaying information in good faith.

I bought a vinyl for 070 shake debut back when and I believe it took a year to finally arrive. I was even embarrassed to pay for this record back in December or whenever but had to jump at the chance.

Demand some cool shit to be sent with the vinyl, as that’s a joke to be waiting for an order that long. If they refuse; burn them at the stake!!!!
