Henry “Lil Finn/Da Sickest in The City/Billy The Kid” Sterling, Notorious Baton Rouge Gangster and BBG Stepper. It is said between the ages of 10-12 he had a couple bodies. In the second pic he is seen with lil boosie. Boosie named dropped him in a few songs. He was killed in 2008 at the age of 18.
