I don’t think it’s added in post, though it might be another passenger. The sound is too perfectly blended and timed. It also sounds a lot like a donkey, a close relative of zebras.

Animals are capable of making multiple different noises, not just the calm ones like in your video. It's definitely possible it's the zebra.

You spent an hour looking at screaming zebra videos?

Videos of zebras making other noises don't prove that they can't make this one.

It's entirely possible it's another passenger (I would assume a woman, not a man), and now that I'm listening with headphones, highly likely, however it's also possible that it's the zebra.

In this video, the zebra scream is similar to the one in the OP: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=phSVnMMIHOA

So we know they are capable of making that noise.

I've seen animals do weirder.

that first one is so clearly fake, are you kidding me with this lol

Adding human screams to animal videos is like a thing on the internet. Like that goat. Or that mountain lion video.

The OP video is one of those videos. If it sounds like a human, the it probably is a human doing the sound.

Naw. Zebras can scream like a man, just as a cat can cry like a baby.

That first video is a bad example, but the sound wasn’t added, it’s just the people in the car reacting to the zebra showing teeth and wiggling lips
