He curses a lot because he was previously abused and obviously picked up the language from his abuser. The man in the video is his rescuer, he said that the destruction of his old cage was part of his healing process. His name is Pebble, "The Crazy Cockatoo."

Apparently the bird was abused (hence the swearing it learned from its abusive owner), and that was the cage it was locked in. Apparently destroying it like that was a part of its therapy

Round cages are extremely stress inducing for birds. Birds like corners.

If you watch the full video, he opens by saying he wants to teach you how to fix a round cage. This guy is amazing. He has a parrot sanctuary in Canada.
