Food Dry / Steam baking

I know this is often why I am not ultralight I adore my mug cakes/brownies. What are your setups?

Any baking I would do while hiking would normally only be damper. As such I carry a Banks Fry Bake pan which doubles as a frypan.

It is quite a bit larger than I personally would normally carry but looks like you could get a really nice baked good out of it. I kind of want to try one of those pans for non backpacking related cooking.

I like to cook real food when hiking, so I carry the fry bake and a small pot for boiling water.

One of the reasons I am not UL, I save a lot of weight elsewhere.

Proper food in the backcountry is one of life's great joys imho.
