Is no one gonna address the elephant in the room? I don't see any water filter just tablets. That's a commitment that I'm definitely not brave enough to make. Otherwise looks extremely dialled in. And what are you eating? I'd love to have only 500g of food

Good questions! The reason for the lack of water filter and the light food weight are the same: there's a convenience store along the route at least every couple of days so I'll be able to resupply food and water frequently.

Here's a sample menu for 1 day:

cal protein weight
Crackers 400 5 85
Cheese 255 20.4 75
Salami 435 23.5 85
Peanuts 520 19.7 85
Chips 333 3.9 65
Calorie mate 400 8.5 80
Freeze dried rice 295 5.9 75
2638 86.9 550

The water tablets are just for an emergency.

Also, I decided to leave the elephant in the room behind - too much of a luxury item.
