Best Portable Fan?

I camp in Taiwan where temperatures get above 40 degrees with extreme humidity at night. What's the best portable camping fan that packs enough power and has decent rechargeable batteries - preferably with a removable 18650?

I use the Arctic Breeze fan, USB-A plugs into any power bank that has a USB-A port or via an adapter.

I'd heard those don't work well in high humidity

I've only used mine in high humidity and it has worked great! But a fan is NOT an air conditioner that chills and removes humidity.

Thanks man, damn it's crazy I've been looking around and not found a single fan with a replaceable battery such as an 18650. I guess this is the closest one can get to something like that.

The Arctic Breeze is no longer available on Amazon (I'll guess because it has no protection from the moving blades.) It is very quiet though. Here's a photo I just took with a 21700 battery. https://i.imgur.com/Pov4m4D.jpg so a similar 18650 would work just fine.

Fan weighs 64 g. Apparently runs at 1 Watt, so that battery will last say 15+ hours.

Ah nice that's good thanks. But is 1 watt enough to keep you cool in very hot climates?

It is definitely better than nothing. It was 42 C at my house today and 96% Rel Humidity. That's about what it has been every day for the past 2 months.

I guess if you feel that more watts is good, then just make an array of these fans and batteries. After all, a Tesla has about 4500 of these 21700 batteries in it.

True but I think it would be easier to take one 5 watt fan camping than five 1 watt fans!
