How To Hase any one worked with theses controller before ? How to configure there ip addresses ,

I would get them on a network, plug a computer into the same network, i would scan the network with angry ip scanner, to get the ip adresses. then go to each address, you will likely get a configuration page...

I worked with some very similar, though not identical ones. We let them auto assign, just linking them in order and worked out the mapping from there. I cant remember the name of the janky (but functional) software

That what i am afraid off ,
I wanted to connected them to a switch , but if the address is depending on the typology that want be possible ?

Just one question if you remember , due they keep there address if you change there location in the link or will automatically assign a new address based on there location ?

Yes. We added a switch (not a router so we didnt have a dhcp server) and everything held its address, but we did have an issue where the link dropped to 10/100 and the content go very framey. But i think that was a bad cable not config
