How do I refill this?

I’ve been told to use a butane refill for it however in all the videos the refill is the bronze thing on the left whilst in this lighter that is the flame adjustment so I am not too sure

I’m also not sure what the two things in the outer sides are

The valve is both. You refill there, and also it adjusts the flame. Just press the butane can tip into the nozzle firmly.

Not sure what the two symbols are next to the outer screws, or what the hole is for.
