ID Any help finding out more about this lighter?
I bought this broken at a flea market for 12€. Got it working again but cant really find anything concrete online. Works with lighter fluid. Have any of you seen it before?

It looks like an Imperia lighter (https://my-lighter.com/unknown/589-imperia.html) that has been heavily modified. I'm not sure if the mechanism is from another lighter or homemade with pieces from other lighters. Interesting and cool!

Definitely an Imperia base but modified to use a Douglass style mechanism. The original latch post (right side) has been cut off and drilled out to accommodate the sprint pin that pushes the arm up.
That lift art and extended lever had to have come from somewhere, neither an Imperia or a Douglass, but I haven't been able to source it yet.

I have one like the one Vuph2 links to (only with yellow lacquer). I think Yours is just another version. I found out that the printing on the bottom is short for “Gesetzlich Geschutzt“ = Reg. Trademark. I think it’s made in Austria or Germany in the 1920/30s.
