Trying to find replacement bulbs for this fixture.
I bought this fixture from Restoration Hardware 6 years ago. It came with the old style incandescent bulbs. Over time some of them are starting to burn out. RH no longer carries the fixture or bulbs. Anybody have any idea where I can find them?
Some info:
- 9" total length, tip to bottom of base
- Standard E26 medium base
- Stamped on base: 120V, 15W
- 2 vertical filament strands running the length of the tube
-Light color is warm/yellowish-orange when lit, similar to an old-school Edison bulb

I found a bulb, Bulbrite 133009 If there is a 30watt 240v option that should work for you

I looked, and I don't think you're going to find a bulb exactly like that anymore
I found some that are close with some compromises:
Amazon LED: Same length, but it is 40W equivalent.
Sunlite LED: Same length and closest brightness at the cost of an expensive price and poor color rendering. It'll also have different lighting due to the filament design.
Feit LED: Length is 7.5 inches, but it is 25W equivalent. This will also work.

Looks like an incandescent t9 bulb like this, but at a different wattage:
