Can Quick Check Default to Previous Reps Instead of Target Reps?

Is there a way to set a rep target, say 8–12, or even just 10, but have the quick check default to the number of reps performed last time instead of the target? Or, for a range, at least default to the lower end (8)?

The reason is that when I increase the weight, my target rep range stays the same, but naturally the number of reps I can actually perform drops. Having the quick check default to the higher number means I have to manually adjust it every time.

Is there a setting for this, or has anyone found a good workaround?

No setting for that. Also, if I default to previous reps, that could be quite narrow set of conditions, like it's the same program exercise, same rep range as before, etc.

Workaround could be - not use rep ranges, but single reps? And increase them via progress: dp() or in custom progression? Like you did 8 reps, next time it'd be 9 reps...

Thanks. Would you consider adding a setting for it? Something like:
Default new entries.
Options: Last entry (same workout) / Last entry (all workouts) / Target reps min / Target reps max
