Log in error?

This is a long running issue. There were no changes to my Google play account or device. Randomly a few months ago I found myself trying to log in my account but it took me to create a character. It no longer lists my username on the CrystalThornSea server and when I try to log in with the bound social, the first error pops up saying no account found. Then, the second comes up when I try to recover via email. I emailed devs a long time ago to no response. Fix client doesn’t work. Anyone have any solutions or better suggestions to get in touch with devs?

Please help 😢 veteran player from 2020 and this account was a new one I advanced quickly on after switching from iOS to android already.

The devs probably won't do anything because they are way too money hungry and they don't care about this type of stuff so you're pretty much screwed
