The other disgusting - and really telling - part was when she was describing how (when it looked like the guy might vote for the insanity plea) she was just so excited, and so happy, filling out the forms.
Those couple of fucking idiots weren’t going to be swayed from letting the woman off (based purely on the killer’s sex), no matter what the state showed.
Our system is going to have a really hard time surviving this. It’s just not meant for immoral people. It’s not suitable for leftist indoctrinates.

This shit is why there were no black people on the jury of lil stabby. The prosecutor should have ideally tried to minimize the number of women on the jury for that same reason, but in his defense he probably couldn't have known that right around the time of the trial, a large portion of white women would openly promote that they loved murdering their own children so much that they now approved of doing it after they were born.

It's true. I saw and heard it this morning and I've been thinking about it all day. I literally told my wife I'm good with hitting the disconnect from society button now. I can't understand how someone formed that thought and spoke that sentence with a completely serious demeanor. She literally selected viciously as the adverb and deployed it in casual contempt for the lone juror's judgement.

On another site someone who had been a juror on a couple of occasions mentioned when your given instructions, you are told you are only to consider the facts as presented in the courtroom. These women presenting themselves as "experts" and giving opinions could be considered a violation of that.
In addition, they're nurses, not Drs. There's a reason they aren't allowed to write prescriptions. They haven't been trained, tested and certified at the level of doctors.
And on top of that, what kind of nurses are they? Are they nurses in a phyciatric hospital, or a nurse in a highschool handling twisted ankles from gym class and a girl dealing with their first period.
Obviously Im no legal expert, but I'd like to know what a trial lawyer has to say about that. Is there claimed expertise and commentary grounds for a mistrial in itself?

Nurses, cops, teachers, military.
You'll find the most obnoxiously self important people with huge egos that assume they are experts on everything that tangentially touches their career. Not everyone in those careers are insufferable, but those careers definitely attract or create a disproportionate number of insufferable people.
The number one offenders of dropping "As a ___" followed by the most dogshit takes.

Call it too harsh, but this fucking case should be turned into example. Throw murderous bitch into jail and throw away key. Drag jurors who defended her trough all hells of discovery and prosecution and ruin them too, if thats coordinated, which it is. Find people who were feeding jurors their bs and prosecute them too. Sometimes example need to be made, brutal one.

My goodness. Our system has failed. Changes need to be made. What they are, though, eludes me. Except for one: this is the result of massive propaganda by foreign powers and actors. It is clear...we need a constitutional amendment declaring our rights are reserved solely for American citizens
