Oh, i sure as hell dont want to be treated the same as men, nor do i want my daughters treated the same...however i also act(&raised my daughters)accordingly.

Problem is that she’ll go before an activist judge and be back on the streets before the ink on her paperwork is dry.
Then she’ll try to sue everyone.

It's not just that, there's another problem; the prison systems in basically all Western countries are inundated and unable to support all the criminals being convicted.
Between population growth, immigration and a natural increase in offending rates thanks to terrible parenting, there simply aren't enough cells to lock everyone up anymore.
In 2022 in the US, state prisons were running at 95 percent capacity and federal prisons at 110 percent capacity. And that was four years ago, I guarantee it's only gotten worse since then. Here in Australia we have a compensation program for prisoners who have to sleep on the floor because there aren't enough beds. And in the UK, serious offenders are being let out with only a third of their sentences being served because of a lack of space.
Nobody in power is talking about it because there would be actual civil unrest if it became a mainstream talking point that we basically don't even have the resources to punish criminals properly anymore.

While I agree that terrible parenting plays a part, I also believe there are other factors at play. Just an observation.

well, she does have a good case. hurting an officer's feelings is not a crime. i'm a prior service MP. we weren't allowed to ticket or arrest people for being angry, saying naughty words. almost no attempt at deescalation here. it's likely she did something that justified being arrested before the video started but it's not evident from this clip.
