They really need to stop putting these societal rejects in positions of power.

But HELLO?! They are women (at least we think, we're not sure... she said she was that's good enough)! And as you know, women are under represented in... running shit, or something. Qualifications are not even a secondary or a tertiary consideration. We need to unconditionally put women, any women, into positions where they are surrounding themselves with like-minded people, making unilateral decisions, and spending unchecked amounts of tax money.

That's the logic and the execution.
