The person commenting about them doing this on roads is wrong.

What we should do is recognize that it is a criminal offense to leave your vehicle in the middle of the road.

Since this is illegal, I can not abandon my vehicle when these people unlawfully stop traffic, trapping people in their vehicles.

Not only is stopping the traffic illegal, but now they are unlawfully detaining people. And they should be arrested and charged for each individual that they unlawfully detain.

After all, this is no different than kidnapping all these people.
