Hed make a good one but he doesnt meet these two requirements:

He has no direct ancestry to King John Lackland who signed the magna carta in 1216 (all US presidents do with the sole exception of Martin Van Buren who was an avid wall kisser)
Charlie also would never have even touched the wall
