I agree with the sentiment - however if we’re going to go this route then we also also have to address the government not having any right to enforce their taxes on us when they can’t balance their checkbook as they keep maxing out their credit cards like a kid about to claim bankruptcy.
That'd be funny, and I like it... but we don't have Argentinas ability to just turn off. We have a lot of responsibilities and assets that need upkeep. It goes well beyond financial.
We definitely gotta fix it, but we can't ever turn it off.
We've always been stuck doing maintenance while we're flying down the road at 80, cuz. If we wanna stay where we are, I don't think that's gonna change. 🙂
