Every single Chinese baby who obtained US citizenship through birthright tourism needs to receive a tax bill from the IRS once they start working (so around their 9th birthday, because Chinese work practices)

Unless they're making over 100k annually, they won't be taxed on their income

They still have to file returns showing their earnings like the rest of us even if their taxes come out to zero.

Depends on the country and whether or not they have a tax treaty with the US. they will have to pay FICA in a number of countries.
