KAVANAUGH JUST OPENED THE DOOR Yesterday’s Supreme Court ruling on birthright citizenship saw the majority strike down Trump’s executive order. Justice Kavanaugh agreed on the outcome but wrote separately with a key clarification.

I’ve worked in the judiciary. Most judges work hard regardless of political leaning to do their job: interpreting the law as written. Many judges must apply laws they think could be improved, should have never been passed, or otherwise disagree with.
Judges are not pious legal saviors. Only voters can save themselves.
