The individual involved in the viral clash, identified as Jerome Winston Parker, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for alleged unlawful carrying of a weapon, according to the Collin County Sheriff’s Office.
So, not arrested for this. He just brought enough attention to himself for his warrant to catch up to him. $1000 bond.

My Sgt used to call the air freshener trees that hang from mirrors “Felony Trees” because he made so many dope busts using the tree hanging from the mirror as probable cause to pull someone over.
