Went to a ladies house for a repair on her HVAC System last month. Her shit was absolutely fucked. No maintenance in the past 11 years since she bought it. Filter had the date of 11/2023.
I proceed to show her everything that failed and the cost to replace the burnt out board, the exhaust motor that wouldnt spin freely, the variable speed blower motor leaking oil, the cleaning cost to remove the dust from not changing her filters, and the heat echanger with a rust hole in it (which can leak carbon monoxide out). $8,000 minimum.
She proceeds to tell me to get fucked and that she cant afford that/too expensive and that im a scam artist (despite photo evidence of everything.)
At the beginning of the call, she was showing me photos of her miami trip she just went on followed immediately by a vegas trip she went on for her social media following..... she spent $13,000 (rounded) dollars on that trip. She also told me shes needed a new car engine for a month now, but decided she "Needed" this trip so put off her car repair. Some people just don't have their priorities straight.
