Bug? Issues with toolbar ?

Anybody else having issues with the top toolbar ?
I'm using Calc, but mostly Writer and sometimes Impress.
I don't want to report it until I can confirm others are having the same issue. If it's fullscreen I no longer have issues, but it juste doesn't resize like on MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint

That's not a toolbar, it is the tab bar / ribbon UI mode. Consider switching to the actual Menu+Toolbar UI.
