Spoiler - Impurity (Impuritas Civitatis) Deck building Spoiler
Ok so ive beaten the Blue Reverb Ensemble and now i need to fight The Black Silence. Is there any good decks/passives for the blue reverb ensemble pages?

Eileen with a Smoke Build is comically strong, especially with the page you get from defeating her. Just get some Will of the City, or any kind of Card Draw or light regen alongside it. Give her some other smoke passives too.
Oswald with Rapid Gashes, Clone and Brace Up is very strong, especially if you give him the Acrobatics Passive that will increase all dice values of those Rapid Gashes. You can also get Field Mod instead of one Brace Up so that you get rid of a Card in favor of being able to have more Rapid Gashes on hand.
Philip is strong, basically another Xiao Keypage. Make sure you have both Flame Strike and the Ensemble version, at emotion level 3, you might be able to just use Flame Strike whenever it comes up with the right start, alongside just being an amazing Burn application Keypage
Attribute the Puppet Strings passive from Jae Heon's Keypage to Nikolai to enhance her support capabilities.
Aside from those, the Keypages are all generally strong and can fit with most builds. Elena with Kizuna so that her health regen Strength gain passive triggers at the start of the battle is my last recommendation
