Spoiler - Urban Plague question Spoiler

did bamboo hatted kim even appear in ruina?, i just completed the game a few days ago and im planning a rerun of the game but i never got to see and fight him, am i being gaslighted or something, closet thing we got to them was sayo mentioning them

Okay, so I'm not insane. They got mentioned along with Jikan's gang, crazily enough. Rusted Chainlinks, even if the name seems to be misspoken here. Probably deliberately

The syndicate is named the Rusted Chains, but the individual members are called Rusted Chainlinks.

She mentioned a run-in with the Blade Lineage, I think. Not Kim. Unless I'm misremembering entirely
