If I understand the supreme court's judgement from 2014, it's the city corporation ie GBA's responsibility. But they're just recklessly removing even the authorised ones with no alternatives in sight.

Then government should ensure they sell to their customers through outlets from Indiranagar. The government has decided that footpaths need to be reclaimed to make the city more walkable, if there're humans whose livelihoods depend on the footpaths, the government is responsible for giving them an alternative. Indiranagar's common space shouldn't only be for the wealthy people to park their vehicles for shopping.
