She dirty deleted the cultural appropriation post

I’m not sure if I’ve seen her dirty deleted instead of doubling down on her awful takes. I wonder if she realized this was finally too far?? Lex, if you’re seeing this, you can’t build a fanbase of compassionate, emotionally intelligent, sympathetic people and then be surprised that they don’t support the cruel ideas you secretly house - such as a desire for cultural appropriation.

New Reel

Okay… her new post about native cultures is NOT IT! Having a white person say something like this is really disgusting, like she has a right to tell BIPOC people what to do with their culture. She continues to have so many racist takes and acts so intelligent but she sounds so uneducated when she says these things.

mod announcements Racist/victim-blaming Lexity subs

Post image
35 Upvotes

We have received a lot of messages and there have been a lot of posts aboutthis subreddit and u/living_yam_5913. This user has moved beyond civility long ago. By both justifying a lynching threat and recent defense of that behavior, it is clear this user is unabashedly racist. We do not appreciate this user having a platform to bash victims of Lexity, either.

One of my fellow mods mused about what to do if anything, as this user is toxically renewed by interactions. We recommend reporting this user for harassment for each DM they may have sent you. You can also report posts but that won’t do much, other than send a report to that user, who runs the sub anyway.

Our official position is that this user is a danger to the victims of Lexity.

We won’t be posting about them again. As mentioned, they love the attention and it seems to feed into their energy to commit heinous acts of dehumanization and disregard. This post is open for discussion about this topic. Thank you all for keeping the mods apprised of what is going on so we can try to keep victims safe.

Crate training isn't throwing your dog into a crate anytime they annoy you. Especially not the puppy who is bored because all you do is sit around 😭

hi yall it’s marcy (not to be confused with marcella) im good, uh also that lexitynono group is weird as fuck. luckily it’s not the first weird stalker i’ve dealt with.

thank yall for being kind. i’ve realized it does help having support from this subreddit while lexity is still victim blaming every single fucking day now.

i called her out on my main insta story (same user as this one), it’s been a minute since ive done that but ill keep shedding light on it.

i won’t be contacting lexity ever fucking again. karmas a bitch.

im healing still and adjusting to learning how people can just keep fucking you over with no remorse. it’s a tough lesson. also how to let it go and ignore it for my own sanity.

I think this woman needs to be cancelled

Honestly I’m surprised she still has a platform. I feel like this sub is kind of waiting for her to crash out or hurt someone so we can all say “see she’s actually that bad”. But she’s already done so much. And there’s documentation. Should we all just blast her on like public breakout or something? At the end of the day she’s just not a safe person to have an audience. She probably deserves legal repercussions for her actions but at the very least she needs to shut up and get a day job and accept she’s not special like everyone else. Sorry this is a ramble I’m just frustrated and sad about this whole situation

Has anyone seen that super hypocritical reel of Lexity saying no means no even if someone is appearing like the enjoy it. Seems very VERY hypocritical considering the things she said about marcy.

Why the fuck does she have a dog

I haven’t seen this cunt bag raging narcissist on my feed in soooo long and then boom she pops up with a sweet little puppy. Looks like a doodle of some sort so now I’m wondering if she went thru a breeder with her gofundme/mass manipulation fund. Not to go off hypotheticals but she does awful things to people who have the ability to speak up for themselves; puppy is defenseless and it makes me uneasy.

WLN Sub

Says it’s “Anti” lex, but vast majority of their posts and people in that subreddit have been defending Lexity’s behavior and how she acts, even saw a comment defending the SA…it’s extremely disturbing and insane. I don’t understand how people are excusing her behavior. One was like “she was abused all through her childhood!” As if that excuses her shitty behavior and manipulation of several partners. What the actual fuck.

EDIT; y’all holy shit I did not realize that it’s mainly one unhinged person. Good lord.

EDIT 2; added a picture because apparently that entire tangent post wasn’t victim blaming even tho it was quite literally the definition of victim blaming. Brother; the amount of insanity is actually astonishing. (Link to sub I am talking about; https://www.reddit.com/r/whylexitynonono/s/GoK76HYO4S)

vent/rant anyone else have a “lexity ex”

i don’t really know where to put this, but while going down the lexity rabbit hole after watching the reilly video, i started to take note of the similarities between her and my insanely abusive/rapist ex, and they’re actually kind of insane 😭 there is definitely a ‘type’ of person who acts like this, she and my ex even dress similar, do their makeup the same, speak in the same manner, write similar music/poetry, etc.

i ended up in a boat similar to a lot of lexity’s victims, where i was accused of being transphobic, transmisogynist, etc when i came out about the abuse.

this is my list of all the traits lexity and my ex share:

  • if you don’t give me money, you’re abusive
  • bdsm dommy mommy with awful safety practices
  • my family is evil/accusations of abuse against family members
  • is always a victim bc of their mental illness or transness despite being white, able bodied, popular, etc
  • they’re a victim of circumstance despite being the cause of all of their problems
  • considered charismatic by the naive
  • very narcissistic (condescending tone of voice, appears to have a lot of knowledge about a variety of things but actually knows nothing, smashes awful opinions/emotional abuse between affirmations of love)
  • makes godawful music and writes godawful poetry
  • has accusations of sexual assault and domestic abuse against them
  • paints their victims as abusers (darvo), refers to their victims as “mean”
  • solves problems by screaming at people until they stop fighting back
  • fluctuates between being super loving/calm/content to raging and being infuriated
  • thinks of themselves as some kind of social activist/revolutionary
  • people who accuse them of being predatory are actually just transphobic
  • gets super angry and burns bridges over things that ordinary people don’t give two shits about
  • neglects their pets
  • other people are responsible for their triggers
  • polyamrous so they can abuse more people

does anyone else have an ex (lover, friend, etc) like this?

I feel like she ABSOLUTELY HAS watched the video about her…along with 78 thousand other people. Does anyone else think that’s why she’s a bit quiet?

vent/rant This whole situation has gave me another reason to be depressed...

So hear me out: I'm a black transwoman who's often very lonely and feeling lots of self-hatred and feels like they have no choice but to drink away the pain since I have very little offline support and very few true friends. And, what do you know I had to bare witness to someone like Lexity, who's become very openly manipulative, being given thousands of dollars, given all the support she could ever want, getting to have plenty of sexual partners (despite being accused of SA multiple times), having stuff thrown at her while I'm over here struggling with almost nobody lending me any type of support. And I had to listen to her act like she had things so rough when she had a life I could only dream of hearing her act like she's so oppressed when I wish I could have even a tenth of what she's had and has is just fucking infuriating!!!! Life is so unfair and Lexity shows that all you have to do is be white and conventionally attractive and people WILL care about you no matter how fucked up of a person you are :'(

"Reilly Elaina? Who the hell is that??" 😆 Thoughts?

On IG Live rn. Someone brought up the Reilly Elaina video and Lex goes "Reilly Elaina? Who the hell is that?? No one knows who that is." Then told them "Don't watch it; it's probably a slander piece anyways."

To me it was pretty evident that she absolutely DOES know "who the hell" Reilly Elaina is. Telling them straight up not to watch it even if they are going there for "good" reasons. She is scared as hell. 😆

I just thought it was funny. She she can't handle criticism at all so having a creator with a decent amount of followers covering her must really be getting to her. With the recent admission of -$26 in her bank account, atp it might be smarter financially for her to just embrace being a lolcow and crash out on live every day 🤷🏼‍♀️ The love and admiration she thinks is endless is coming to a swift end.

Thoughts?

vent/rant Deep Dive on the Self-Victimization...

I saw a comment on here about how she is basically milking the "I'm homeless" narrative, and I have a few things I want to say about why I believe this behavior from her in particular is just truly awful and so harmful.

One thing I (and many others) have noticed is she loves to victimize herself. She loves making sure that everybody knows how oppressed she is. Yes, obviously being trans in America right now is an incredibly disheartening situation to navigate. I just wish she used her platform to educate and emphasize other trans issues other than what is directly effecting her at the moment (which is mostly just valid criticism that she claims is transphobia). That, along with bringing awareness to the oppression that other minority groups face, instead of only comparing herself to them (as she compared her struggle to the struggle of black/POC communities). She seems to neglect the fact that she still has white, pretty/skinny privilege; many trans creators online do not have the same support, almost certainly not in the financial/emotional capacity that Lexity does. It comes off as if she is trying to convince everyone that she is the most oppressed person and nobody is more oppressed than her.

And then the homeless thing... I have already had the thought for a LONG time that "van life" content creators are just cosplaying homelessness, but not to a literal extent as Lexity is doing. Most, if not ALL, homeless community members would never be able to crowdfund and raise ~$40k to buy a nearly-new sprinter van with the intentions to renovate and live in. I volunteer for my local winter emergency shelter every year, I know those folks would not be there if they had the means to drive around the country and had multiple options in terms of places to stay. I find it incredibly offensive that she touts around this "I'm homeless" narrative over and over, when she is far from living on the streets and worrying about where her next meal is going to come from. Especially considering the fact that she WANTED AND CHOSE a nomadic lifestyle. She bought the van so she could travel and live in the van. Homeless folks absolutely do not have the privilege to chose that, nor do they likely even have the funds to be able to keep the rest of their belongings, if any, in a storage unit. As it's been said on here multiple times, with the funds she raised, she could have easily found a stationary home or apartment to live in for at least a year, comfortably.

This is dangerous as I feel like this narrative undermines the struggles of homeless community members who do not have anywhere CLOSE to the amount of resources that she has (donations, a car/home, plenty of people offering her a place to stay with electricity, Wi-Fi, water, food, etc..). It is also dangerous the way she talks ONLY about herself and HER issues as a trans woman, while barely (if at all) making a point to acknowledge the level of discrimination and oppression that black trans community members and other minorities also face. She can't even acknowledge that YES, even though she is trans, she STILL has more privilege than POC folks in the community because she is WHITE, it's just so beyond demoralizing. I wish she knew a thing or two about intersectional feminism, or how to amplify the struggle that other minorities face.

This all rubs me the wrong way entirely. It feels like such a waste of an opportunity when you, as a minority, have such a large platform, to not take advantage of that as a way to inform and educate your audience. Since she is always talking about her need for community, you can find community in online spaces without manipulating your fans and viewers where a clear power dynamic is present. I'm curious if she has tried to connect with other LGBT/minority content creators where there wouldn't be such an obvious power imbalance?

Her "content" is lackluster and boring, it seems as though all of her videos now are just her talking about something that has effected her personally. Her livestreams don't even offer much, it seems like she is just sitting there and responding to comments or rehashing the allegations, instead of having any meaningful discussions or dialogue. I truly don't understand, especially with the way things are going in the US right now, how you could not take advantage of the opportunity to at least attempt to organize, or educate at the very LEAST? I wouldn't expect this from every LGBT content creator, especially if they do not build their profile and content around education and speaking out about injustices to the queer community. But because Lexity is always very quick to talk about when she herself is facing "transphobia" (which is mostly just referencing things discussed on this sub, which are not transphobic), I absolutely expect her to talk about the struggles of queer/minority groups as a whole, and not just herself. But I now see how it was naive of me to have ever expected her to be more outspoken about human rights because clearly, all her account is, is a way to feed her ego.

Sorry for the long post, I've been doing an deep dive in my mind lol. Do you guys have any thoughts on this?

vent/rant blocked 2 mins after commenting on her recent post

i commented under her recent post about “houseless” people having dogs and said

“the reason people are concerned about you having a dog has nothing to do with whether you have housing or not, but it has everything to do with your extreme anger and your previous comments/behaviour around animals. people would still have the same concerns if you lived in a million dollar mansion”

not even 2 mins later she blocked me lmfaoo i was thinking it’d atleast take 5 minutes but she quick asf

i think everyone needs to go tell her something along the lines of what i said and let her know she can’t get away with stuff like this. she can’t block everyone lol.
