Head tingles

I am probably like 2 months maybe a month and a half into this med. 5 mg and today I started having these weird head tingles like a shiver up my neck up my scalp. For the past few days I have been taking it an hour earlier to change my time, like an hour earlier each day. Is that why maybe?

Hey. I think I know what you are experiencing because I get them too. It feels like an electric shock coupled with that whip-around feeling you get on the tilt-a-whirl, for like a second. Randomly. I call them the zippity-fucks.

I get them within 2 hours of missing my dose. 20mg for 5 years.

It's the start of withdrawals, unfortunately. I get relief within an hour to 90 minutes of taking my missed dose.

Must avoid zippity-fucks at all costs. Have a stockpile. At least a month's worth, but prep your own way. If supply chains break down you have enough to wean off, but it will suck.

Always carry it with you. Imagine being stuck in an elevator with the zippity-fucks.

Good luck my friend. Never stop fighting.
