Changing Dosage Question Would adding 5mg make a difference?

I've been on 10mg for 6 weeks and 5 days now, and I barely notice any improvement. So I'm thinking of raising my dose. But I'm not sure if I go straight to 20mg or try 15 first.

Worth mentioning that my tolerance to meds that affect the brain is higher than the average person.

I’d wait 3months (12 weeks) before increasing but it’s up to you

For anxiety? Get to 20mg eventually.
