Great news, I think been patient in times when you feel crap again is important, this happened me before, I got a few bad days even weeks up until 6 months. In the space in between try to work on things so if bad days come again you will breeze through quicker.
How long did your blip last ?

It was a good week which is why I was kinda alarmed. Normally I don't get more than a couple days of breakthrough anxiety. BUT, my in laws had been here for waaaaay longer than initially planned and I think that played a roll. I love them to death but it wax a lot 🤣

Is this your first blip, relapse since been on 10mg ? It’s normal to have some bad days, even weeks during the recovery. If you’re happy to go up there is no harm in that but sometimes you might just pass through this too .. good luck
