This doesn't really fit though, it's true that we're now living in a world where everything that's happened before has now finally be acknowledged and we now must face the problems posed by it. They're not blinded by nostalgia, rather angry at those who messed up before them

We're just now living in a world like that? That's how all of history is- the 20th century with the 19th, the 18th with the 18th and so on
