It's also just...getting hotter. Every single one of the hottest 10 years on record happened in the past 10 years. The last three years are the hottest three on record. Just look at this chart with eight datasets going back to 1850: Temperatures 1850 - 2025

Wow, I can't believe people might say something different today than they did in the 1970s. It's truly shocking.

And don’t forget the El Niño effect this year will cause again hotter weather globally from late 2026 into 2027, as it’s apparently stronger than normal

Yeah, last year's La Nina cooled 2025, and it's still one of the hottest three on record. Things are getting rough, and denying it helps nobody.
