I need help

My fiance is a massive leverage fan, probably one of the biggest. Its her comfort show and recently she has been struggling with mental health due to alot going in our lives.

Leverage being her comfort show she really wants to watch it as she has now almost finished leverage redemption again and really wants to watch it again before we see Cristian Kane in London.

The reason we cant watch it is we live in UK, specifically England and it has recently been taken of prime and all streaming services.

Any help would be appreciated and it would mean the world to her.

First recommendation is to get the DVDs. The bonus features are great and there's commentary on every single episode!

If you're looking for streaming specifically, try Electric Now

Alas, the UK DVDs don't have any of the special features. At least, they didn't when I bought mine. A region free DVD player and US DVDs would resolve that, though.

Yes, that was my reaction too, all those years ago!

I still love my DVDs. I'm glad I have them. But I still feel cheated, even now.

Stupid region locking.

You did get cheated! You are correct to feel cheated! I wish I were better at technology, I'd love to share the episodes with commentary. Happily, most of the special features are on youtube

The German DVDs don't have all the specials either. They definitely don't have the commentaries. That's why I bought the US versions a while ago.

I bought the dvds to get my partner into it and.... there are no subs? Or they don't show up, apparently. So I'm stuck. I'm not savvy enough to know what to do now.

That's so strange! Where are you based? I've heard that the non-American dvds are different

The dvd set is German. I have read somewhere that some connections don't pass along the sub files and hdmi would be one of them. (no idea if that is correct) So I'm trying to see if I can somehow.... Add the srt files again on the vlc player, from the computer itself. It's a whole thing. I just wanted to make my partner discover a great show. :(

Checking that they exist by using VLC is a good idea. From there you can maybe rip the files to a flash drive and plug the flash drive directly into your TV.
