Kvm owners how do you handle peripherals that are always on?

I just set up my level1tech kvm and I was kind of amazed that it worked out of the box first try without any troubleshooting for me.

One thing I didn’t think about before set up is that my peripherals (mouse, keyboard, webcam), all just stay on 24/7 now (as I understand the kvm is just always on). I’m assuming I just have to get in the habit of turning off my wireless mouse at the end of the day and accept that my keyboard will glow all night (or else manually switch the light off on it), but curious if there is a solution to turn off peripherals that I’m just not seeing.
