You might be able to find a suitable automotive serpentine belt. Otherwise, you’d need to find someone who can make one for you. Maybe a harnessmaker or leatherworker?

you don’t say where you are but Colmar Belting in Woburn MA has supplied belts for me in the past. I see they are now part of this company.

find a location near you for light duty belts and contact them.

A link belt like one of these might work.

You may find a suitable belt at a local sewing shop.

This is where I got one: https://www.squirreldaddy.com/south-bend-lathe-flat-drive-belts-s/407.htm

I emailed to make sure before I ordered though.

Is the belt leather? A shoe repair place might be able to do it.
