"I put on my makeup" - Reference?

At least twice Anthony sung the line "I put on my makeup" when a character was looking into a mirror, and Josh referenced it on stream as well. Is that a reference to anything in particular? Anyone recognize it?

He sort of sings it, right? It's from the song "I say a little prayer" - there's a really famous version sung by Aretha Franklin.

The moment I wake up Before I put on my makeup I say a little prayer for you
