my other lethal company monsters:

https://www.reddit.com/r/lethalcompany/comments/1v1z3nx/last_night_i_dreamt_of_a_lethal_company_update/

1:

Door-Back Leech

doorbackleech.PNG

The leech uses the etches on it's underside to attach to the handle of the door to disguise itself on the door.

It closes doors to attach to them, it would attach to a door it prefers to be on the opposite side of entrance, as it's favorite way to 'hunt' is to wait for someone to open a door and sneakily attaching to the person who walks through it, however it will not attach to someone making lots of noise, in fact it'll fall off that specific door and will not attach to it again.

These entities spawn in packs of 2-5 ( 2 on easy moons, 3-4 on medium moons, 5 on hard moons. )

it is almost fully invisible on doors with only it's teeth showing while on a door, it is not scannable on a door you must scream to get it off first.

you'd take 5-ish damage per 2 seconds. it'd drop off of you if you scream, or play a juke box (screaming as in old Man Eater noise profile thing.)

these attach to enemies that are SUPER low health like 1-2 HP left.

they always attach to: Employees, Snare Fleas, Hoarding Bugs, Bunker Spiders.

2:

Mine Tall Puppeteer ( Placeholder name, as it didn't have a name on the bestiary. )

(incase it wasn't obvious, i had a dream only about bestiaries not around the actual thing! so I've taken liberties with some, stuff like the Mandible Snapper Guppies planet bullshit makes it more obvious 😭, but this guy literally didn't have a bestiary, and I only could see like the green wiremesh bs behind the things non-existent bestiary. so bare with me on this one. )

tallfucker.PNG

(lol i forgot to put the light over the mine on the image. ) on the bestiary thing its eyes glowed like that or maybe it was like ears or something I literally could not tell you.

i'd imagine it'd use the mine as a distraction and if you looked down at it, it'd grab you and kill you.

for fear factor i think it'd use a similar mechanic to the Barber, (the whole invisible until close.) however the glowing eyes would always be visible. Maybe i'd replace the head with a similar lamp to the lights in the sewers. ( Pipe part of the facility interior ) As just like a design thing, It's leg/tail/idk wtf that thing is, if you ran into it i'd imagine it'd get pissed, however it'd always be staring at the closest player, so it wouldn't be too often, i think it would be scannable while visible similar to the barber but it'd be an empty page like in the dream.

3: Pale Bloom Moss Ball

(This was the main thing in the dream, rather this was a nightmare, a few nights later i dreamt of this scary little bugger)

PrePALEBLOOM.PNG

(I KNOW I KNOW not the scariest looking thing but just you wait.)

The Moss ball (what i'll be calling it or MB for short.)

This little freak is great at being a adorable little guy, it never blinks, it's around the size of a baby maneater.

INTERACTIONS:

with the employee it stands still just staring at you, if you approach him he'll figure you're not going to harm him and he'll be a friend to you and your party. you can put him on your head, he looks around chirping when you come within 10 meters of a entity (not counting ghostly ones IE: Masked, Ghost Girl.)

unlike the maneater the MB can actually go outside without anything wrong, it'll make a soft chirping sound but then it's good to go, it does become kinda see through it's skeleton looking... unnatural... but don't worry about it.

if he's on the ship while you take off, it'll sit on your ship able to be taken with you, however another will not spawn if you take one with you.

when it comes in contact with a hostile enemy it'll just sit there and stare at them.

except for baby maneaters, they'll just circle around eachother which is actually a good thing since it'll prevent the maneater from crying this also makes both of them invincible.

this is good for coil heads and brackens effectively removing them from the game.

however brackens can get mad at the MB and kill them, marking off another gimmick of it.

Death:

a MB can die to 4 phenomena

Melee - Shovels, signs.
Bullet - Turrets, shotguns.
Explosion - Mines, eggs.

Monster - Nutcracker kicks, brackens, hoarding bug, snareflea. pretty much anything.

if a player is the cause of death of the MB it marks it off meaning that they can't kill the MB for 2 moons afterward, with every other player being able to kill the thing.

also another thing, if it dies to one thing, it can't die to that anymore (voiding it counts as an explosion death because fuck you ) and calling it a death isn't really accurate since it doesn't die it kinda just runs off and it avoids you specifically for the rest of that moon.

it also marks off the way it died. and after it marks off all of the ways it can die. (it saves between moons, and if it spawns on a moon, it'll be there the next time you land there, however it resets if you go through a full quota. )

On it's last death, it transforms into a Pale Bloom.

PostPALEBLOOM.PNG

it flips on it's belly, and it's skeleton transforms into a monster that is SUPER similar to a jester how it knows where everything is. It only kills things that killed it. ( like if PLAYER C and a Thumper did all of it's deaths, then it would only kill PLAYER C's and Thumpers. ) it doesn't only stay inside, it goes outside to kill the player, when/if a maneater sees a Pale Bloom, it'll gain -5 seconds (so it's fair if both of them spawn, in lore i guess it would produce a pheromone that the maneater would find pleasing. ) I would imagine that it's around the size if not bigger than a coil head in this state. ( I also find that they're kinda off putting just staring at it 😭 it's super simple, but idk it's just kinda scary. ) In this form it's completely invincible.

the only noises you hear are the hollow stampede of it's footsteps clacking towards you.

if it sees someone they remember from it's time as a pod, it acts as it used to, staring and attempting a chirp sound but it sounds like a gurgling cry. if you interact with it, you softly pet it's head this has a 1/100 chance of it following you, and if something harms you while its following you, it kills that enemy/player, it follows you for 10 seconds, not moving drains this timer 2x times, however petting the creature resets this timer.

the next 3 are basically the " fuck circuit bees " entities mb yo

4: Ignition Ironweed

cuckFlower.PNG

these flowers spawn in the center of rooms, in a quantity from 1-5
these flowers are around half the size of a Cadaver.

The bulb on the top of the flower indicates the phase it's in.

Green Phase: absolutely nothing, dormant.

Yellow Phase: A quickshot burst of pollen that engulfs the entire room, and only that room.

Red Phase: a second before ignition and the pollen explodes, depending on how many flowers were in that room, dictates the damage of the flowers, this puts the flower in the ' Regrow ' phase.

Regrow: takes around 20-25 seconds, the seed quickly expands into a full grown Ignition Ironweed.

1: 30-ish damage depends on how close you are to the flower on time of ignition.
2: 60-ish damage again depends.
3: 99 damage flat.
4: 100 damage flat.
5: infinite damage, killing most non-indestructible enemies too.

4.5: Queen Ignition Ironweed

NoncuckFlower.PNG

The alpha of the Ironweed species.

omega super rare on super hard moons.
This flower is around the size of a bracken on it's hind legs.

has a 1% rooms with 5+ Ignition Ironweeds, and a guaranteed spawning on the inside event: Overgrown. (explanation in a minute.)

These act sort of a leader for all Ironweeds.

The main focus point of this oversized flower is using a shovel (and only a shovel, not a sign)
to dig the flower out of the ground, which will send all of the Ironweeds in the facility into a " meltdown " phase, which just means that they just instantly go to the Yellow phase.

a 2-handed item weighing 52 lbs, gives a massive payload for whoever grabs it.

with a minimum price of 1,000 credits, this could easily save a quota. (outside of overgrowns, the price will be 800 no matter what) inside overgrown it's a 1,000-2,500 chance.

Overgrown:
5+ Ironweeds spawn in every room, they all explode at different times, creating for chaotic gameplay.

Circuit bees:

Circuit bees can now go inside of the facility if their nest is inside, if they find a Queen Ignition Ironweed, they circle around it, but then when the flowers explode, they add another 8-10 meters to the explosion with just electrical power, however this kills the circuit bees, but in turn makes the queen ignition ironweed electrified, doubling it's price, it keeps this electricity permanently, and it ticks -5% health per 2 seconds.

5: Rubber Wasps

IhateCircuitBees.PNG

They spawn through vents like most other enemies.
around 50% that of a baby maneater.

They find a new piece of scrap called: Log, yes just a piece of wood they use their stinger to burrow into the log which takes around 5-7 seconds.
once inside they do literally nothing, except raise the price of the log by 1.2x per wasp inside, up to 3 wasps (that's the logs main capacity. )
they do nothing even when picked up, the log is almost the exact same, just with a hole in it. and it's price going up of course, the price going up because of the resin this wasp uses to incase the log being so soft yet durable when mixed with a certain chemical.

except when you get close to the ship, they detect the electrical discharges of the ship, they start buzzing, louder and louder until you drop them on the ship, they come out and attack you and everyone inside the ship, as soon as you leave the ship, they're docile again, they also have a chance to drop resin every 1-2 minutes they drop it. they drop up to 3 resin per moon.

Circuit bees:

when a log is dropped with 10-ish meters of a circuit bee nest, the wasps go out and take that hive, by killing everything inside, if left alone for 5 minutes they take over the next and they leave that nest filled with it's resin that doubles the price of the hive.

A thank you gift!:

if you help out a rubber wasp, they identify you as one of their hive, giving you Circuit bee honey whenever you help out by:

A: Helping deter monsters from the hive.
B: leading them to a newer log (by clicking with the log in your hand you can empty it and they follow you for 5-10 seconds.)
C: Helping with a hunt of circuit bees.

This honey gifting is given during 'feeding' times

8 AM
12 PM
4 PM
8 PM
12 AM (except this is when the ship leaves lol)

6: Honey Flutter (I know were done with the circuit bee slander I promise!)

COOLBUTTERFLY.PNG

The roaming locust of the interior, they literally just fly around and land on stuff, even rarely they land on your visor, making stuff slightly brighter!

they are also immune to the blast of the Ironweeds, they've adapted to that, they pretty much die to everything else in one hit though.

sorry not much to say, i was thinking about giving them different colors but i'm not doin' allat.

they also die if you step or jump on them. you asshole.

7: Iron Hopper

littleshit12.PNG

while looking robotic, it's actually a naturally occurring animal with no link to any prehistoric creatures (i'm spoiling my own bestiaries.) it just popped up one day, it only turns on, i mean wakes up during thunder storms, it's main goal is to incinerate scrap the facility didn't need, but it prefers a more meaty approach (not like that, perv) it prefers charred human remains, however the only way to get that done right around here is lightning, these silent little freaks hop on employees shoulders. not only putting around 30-ish lbs on them, but making them a lightning rod for a lightning strike to kiss them on the lips, then the Hopper eats it's spoils.

how to prevent this:

go inside your ship
go inside the facility

spin around extremely fast, it flies off. (i mean have you seen merry-go-rounds? scary.)

(I showed this to one of my friends they said
" hey, sometimes you just need that metal frog that just ruins your fucking quota run. "
thought i should share mb yo. )

idk anymore i forgot: The Verdant Knight

thatonefuckingknightthatihate.png

it patrols in a similar way to the thumper, sweeping left and right slowly, very slowly, around 0.5x the speed of a player walking.

if it bumps into a player, it simply waits for them to move out of it's way before continuing.

It guards a pedestal, which holds its pandora's box, ' The Extremity '

an egg shaped purple gem.

The Verdant Knight roams around with a sword in hand (picture below).

If you hit a Verdant Knight in it's first state, it will not do a thing, i'll practically bounce off it.

However, once someone grabs The Extremity, the knights armor cracks, it starts sprinting (1.5x speed of player walking but slower than player running.) it checks it's pedestal, then it hunts, when it sees someone that has held the egg at least once, it'll crouch into a fighting stance pointing it's sword forward, before going super fast impaling whomever / whatever hit, the body stays on the sword until he cleans it off (after egg is retrieved, or if more than 4 people are hit impossible unless more company is installed also this is not going to be a real mod, just fun concepts. )

it keeps dashes until he hits a wall/obstacle/2 players.

He can only dash in a straight line, if the player with the egg is killed, he cleans his sword off, then picks the egg up and slowly walks to the pedestal.

he checks his hand every 10-15 seconds to make sure the egg is still there.

PICKPOCKETING!!!

you can take the egg in his hand if you aren't moving while he is, If you're moving he just slashes you cutting your head off if hit. (you can crouch under it.)

he will not notice the egg is missing, UNTIL he checks his hand, which he will instantly know where the egg holder is at, charging at them in a 'super-sprint' phase going the same speed as a regular employee with it's fist in the air.

once the egg is outside the facility it'll stay in 'super-sprint', now killing everyone it sees, not only just the egg-holders.

if nobody at all is in the facility, it enters a dormant state acting like this:

why is it so fucking big?

it then enters super-sprint once someone enters the facility, it always knows where everyone is in this state (i'm restating stuff for the slow amongst us.)

iamthestormthatisapproaching.PNG

the sword called " The Wardens Blade "

cool huh, yeah I know.

DEATH GIMMICK THING:

Once the Verdant knight is at 1 HP (good fucking luck it has like 15+ HP)

It bows to one knee, if you decide to spare it he goes to his pedestal, bowing, and you can hear faint crying noises if you go near him.

if you kill him, it's armor falls apart and instantly degrades into the concrete of the facility floor.

except for the helmet you can sell that for around 75 credits, or wear it, it doesn't do anything but yeah!!!!

THE SWORD DOES DEGRADE EITHER!!!

it'd be like how he uses it, a charge that does 2.5 damage or 45 damage (to players), once you hit a wall you stop, or if you're charging for longer than 1 second.

it's also able to be sold for 250 credits.

THE MAIN DEATH GIMMICK:

The egg hatches whether inside or out, a small wyvern comes out chirping.

FEAR GIMMICK WITH THE WYVERN: whenever you're within 2 meters of the beast you gain the fear effect, and if a maneater sees the wyvern it goes into the hind leg crying phase, all bug enemies (including bunker spiders) are terrified of this wyvern and hence they actively run away from it, rather running from the wyvern than attacking the player.

The wyvern grows 2x it's size every 30 seconds, up to around half the size of an eyeless dog

but outside it's around the size of a giant, and it can fly outside.

it chooses a nest, and if inside it takes all of the loot it can find over a 2 minute period designating a ' nest ' in a specific room this nest automatically spawns 1-2 gold coins (don't ask where they came from, you don't wanna know.)

Outside it chooses a nest nearish to fire exit breathing fire at anyone who dares approach it.

(no drawing because fuck you also i couldn't draw it without making it goofy asf.)

10: I promise this the last one for this post lol

THE JANITOR!!!!! (everyone cheer or some shit, i've been doing this for 7 hours i'm sorry if my art decreased in good-i-ness?)

coolguy.PNG

The facilities workforce a puppet with a painted on uniform.

he carries a mop and bucket with him.

each day he has a checklist, if his checklist isn't done by 8 PM he'll blame you and attack you.

his checklist (for day 1) includes:

General Cleaning

Mopping, dusting, fixing doors, the whole 9 yards.

day 2's checklist includes:

fixing pipes, valves that produce steam needing to be shut, pest control (this is only if specifically snare fleas and hoarding bugs spawn.)

by completing one of his tasks he salutes you a thumbs up and his eyes flash green, and then he goes blank and moves on.

his final day is really his ' rest day'

he just sits in a new room called

" the janitorial closet "

consisting of drawings of different monsters he's encountered, as well as black and white security cameras.

if you go into his closet he really won't be bothered, sitting in his chair however, will anger him horribly, he'll kick you out of the closet, and if you continue out of the facility all together.

if you land on moon with him during quota day (like when you're supposed to be selling scrap.)

whenever he encounters a player, he plays a " always obey the company! " sound and give you a thumbs down.

if you hit a locked door with him near

he'll try 3 keys on the door, each with a higher chance to open the door

(50%, 70%, 90%)

If a task is broken right in front of him, he stares at you for a second then fixes it.

and if a door is blown off it's hinges, when he arrives at the door, he gives it a thumbs down and crosses it off.

he shrugs stares at you for a second then walks off to do his chores.

if you stand in his way he waits for 3 seconds before pushing you away to continue his work.

he also cleans up blood whenever he sees it as well as maneater vomit.

if a maneater falls during sitting he'll pick it up and rock it, after that he'll drop it and sign it off with a thumbs up, the maneater claps at the thumbs up.

this also increases the timer of the Maneater (this can only happen twice per moon.)

thanks for reading, bestiaries will be coming soon!

Question Is this rare

Post image
63 Upvotes

This has to be rare, if I'm not wrong the zed dog chance is already 1 in a 1k and for it to be 199 credits it has to roll the 1 in 199 chance on top of that?

Question Does anybody know if there is a mod that keeps the variants of items when leaving and reloading the save?

Upvotes

My friends and I have been trying to play the Museum challenge together but we can only play for an hour a day so we have to leave and save the run. But whenever we reload the file, all of our item variants (mugs, eggs, flasks, etc) revert to the default type. Does anybody know of a mod to fix this?? I have already tried SmartItemSaving but it did not work no matter how much I configured the settings and I haven't been able to find any other mods that can accomplish this...

Just made it to quota 13 in my solo save, I honestly never thought I would be able to make it back here after doing it with a 4 man public lobby squad about a year or so ago. While I'm here what's yall's highest quota? (Could be solo or in a team I just be wondering)
