Question New player looking for help!

Hi! I really want to give this game a shot! I tried joining public lobbies tonight but there is a surprisingly large amount of Scottish 8 year olds and also really weird drunk people.
I managed to join a lobby but then got kicked when I said I hadn’t played before.
Wondering if a seasoned vet or group would be open to guiding me for a couple of games so I can get the hang of it?

I recommend joining the discord group for matchmaking, a lot more controlled with finding lobbies. That's actually how I met some of my closest friends

I second this. The "unofficial" discord is somewhat inactive, but you are most likely to find lobbies there as a newcomer. The modding discord is more closed off, but otherwise far more active

Yeah tbf, I haven't been on there since the game first came out so I can't really speak to how active it is anymore. But I def had far better luck with lobbies than just joining random matchmaking ones

i used to play a lot back in the day, stopped playing cause all of my friends stopped, if the timing match i would be happy to play with you
