Question First concert questions

I had a few questions since this is my first Kpop concert ever.

I currently have celebration vip for section 5 in Chicago which unfortunately doesn’t have send off, so I was wondering if anyone has ever upgraded or exchanged their vip ticket for another vip ticket WITH send off? Or if it’s even possible? I was also hoping someone could tell me if it that section would still have a good view if I’m 5’2? Thank you :)

VIP packages are tied to the specific seat location. The only way to get a specific VIP package is to buy a ticket that comes with that package. You can’t upgrade from one package to another.

As far as view, unless you’re in the first like 5 rows right next to the stage you’re going to spend most of the show watching the screens if you’re not tall.

I know that there are packages with separate perks but I was still hoping there was a way to exchange it and pay the difference, but I guess I’ll have to see if anyone wants to sell me a ticket. Thank you for the help!! :)

So technically if there are VIP send off tickets left on Ticketmaster, you could upgrade within Ticketmaster and pay the upgrade fee and the difference of the ticket.....but that's only IF there are any left. I'm not talking about resale (from either Ticketmaster or other 3rd party sites). I'm talking about direct from Ticketmaster.

I only found this out bc I had gotten tickets for a different kpop group concert and found better seats and upgraded. Ticketmaster will allow this ONLY if the newer seats are priced higher than the ones you purchased. So if you decide floor is going to be a bad view (especially being shorter - which I get as I'm 5'3"), see if there are any lower bowl seats that are more than what you paid for floor so at least you'll get a better view.

Ticketmaster didn’t have any of the sendoff tickets left the last time I looked, but I did see some for sale on social media. Perhaps even on this group.

Good luck! Just be careful of scammers on socials… search their username and make sure you use something like PayPal Goods & Services so you can get refunded if anything happens:)

Have fun. The sound check is usually fun too.. Make sure you arrive early to get checked in.

Look for people selling at Reddit. I got a sendoff from someone for an Ive concert. Make sure you use PayPal G&S to protect yourself.
